RESTRICTIONS FOR EP DIVISIONAL APPLICATIONS
Important changes to the Implementing Regulations of the European Patent Convention (EPC) relating to the time limit for filing divisional applications enter into force on April 1, 2010.
These changes are expected to have a substantial influence on filing strategies and prosecution of European patent applications.
