OHIM BECOMES EUIPO
Important changes concerning the unitary trademark protection in the European Union enter into force on March 23, 2016. Additional changes become effective on October 1, 2017.
The European Community trademark (CTM) becomes the European Union trademark (EU trademark) and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) becomes the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
